Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we're here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase
- Invalid Code: If the code provided is invalid or has already been redeemed (not by you)
- Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered
- Technical Issues: If our system error caused duplicate charges
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- The code has been successfully redeemed
- Incorrect game account ID provided by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Price changes after purchase
- Account bans or restrictions by game publishers
- Purchases made using promotional codes or discounts (partial refunds may apply)
3. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact Support
Submit a refund request through our Support Page or email us at refunds@topupfactory.in within 7 days of purchase.
Step 2: Provide Details
Include the following information:
- Order ID
- Email address used for purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshots or proof (if applicable)
Step 3: Review
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision.
Step 4: Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued through:
- Original Payment Method: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking (5-7 business days)
- Wallet Credit: Instant credit to your TopupFactory wallet (can be used for future purchases)
You may choose your preferred refund method when submitting your request.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- If only part of your order was affected
- If promotional discounts were applied to the original purchase
- If processing fees are non-recoverable
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first to resolve any issues.
